We are a privately owned, full-service mortgage lender based in Miami, Fla., specializing in debt and equity financing for commercial and multi-family real estate projects, mortgage servicing, and real estate brokerage services. Our staff has over 55 years of combined experience in the real estate capital markets, provides service in underwriting, closing, servicing, marketing and mortgage investments.

Established in 1990 by James F. Perry, the company is nationally known for aggressively providing financing requests to secure the best commercial loan rates and terms available. We maintain strong relationships with institutional lenders, including insurance companies, commercial and savings banks, Wall Street investment banks, credit companies and pension funds.

The company has financed commercial properties across the nation and overseas including apartments, condominiums, office buildings, hospitals, shopping centers, golf communities, industrial complexes and resorts. Over the past 16 years, the company has secured commercial financing in excess of $2 billion dollars. In 2005, our Direct Lending Program funded over $50 million in loans ranging from $200,000 to $8.8 million, while our Large Cap Program financed with institutional investors over $460 million of debt and equity loans ranging from $3 million to $66.2 million.
