Hiam Nahas, Loan Servicing Manager

Serving James F. Perry & Company since 1995, Ms. Nahas performs all administrative and asset management activities for the company. Her duties include servicing commercial real estate loans, preparing monthly remittance and escrow analysis reports to investors, monitoring impound and trust accounts, preparation of monthly accounting records, general office management, and assisting in preparing loan submission packages.

Prior to joining the company, she was Administrative Assistant for the Antiochian Archdiocese of North America from 1993–1995, and Office Manager for Pistorino & Alam Consulting Engineers from 1992–1993. From 1975–1990, Mrs. Nahas held management positions with computer and technical data organizations such as the University of Miami - Jackson Memorial Hospital, Quesqueyana Airlines and Sky Master Travel.

She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1988, and earned an Associate Science Degree in Electronic Technology from Miami-Dade College in 1983.
