Michael F. Perry, Sr. Vice President

Michael Perry is responsible for loan production, underwriting and marketing activities of the company, as well as property inspections, analysis of financial statements and packaging of commercial property loans presented to institutional investors, and the company's Small Loan Program.

He began his career with James F. Perry & Company in 1996, as an Administrative Assistant and was later named Senior Vice President in 2001. From 1994-96, Mike was managing an office warehouse operation in Huntington, West Virginia, where he was responsible for inventory control, accounts receivable and preparing financial reports.

He majored in finance at Marshall University and was a standout player on the varsity baseball team for four years.
